Is there more than one self-serve paid plan?
No. threadfork has one self-serve paid plan: Pro. Enterprise is for teams and organizations that need deployment, procurement, security review, or custom support.
Can I move from Pro to Enterprise later?
Yes. If you start on Pro and later need team deployment or compliance support, we can help you move to an Enterprise arrangement.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Download the app and sign in; the 14-day trial starts automatically. You’re only asked for payment if you choose to upgrade.
Do you offer annual billing or discounts?
Yes. Annual billing is $390/year (two months free) and is available on request while we add it to the app — email sid@threadfork.com. We can also discuss student, nonprofit, and volume pricing.
